Biography
Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy was born in 1979 in Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and has completed the Advanced Program in Political Theory. With a strong academic background, he is recognized as an official with a scientific mindset and political acumen.
Prior to his appointment at the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC C4IR), he served as the Director of the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Training Center, under the authority of the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Management Board. On December 22, 2024, he was dispatched and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of HCMC C4IR. Mr. Nguyen Duc Huy is regarded as a dedicated official with extensive practical experience in training and developing high-quality human resources.
