Biography
Mr. Le Truong Duy, born in 1985 in Tay Ninh Province, holds advanced academic and political qualifications, including a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of International Relations, and an Advanced Diploma in Political Theory. His career progressed within the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs, where he held key positions such as Director of the Center for Foreign Service and International Conferences. He later served as Acting Deputy Director before his formal appointment as Deputy Director of the Department.
On April 4, 2025, he was appointed Director of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City. With his extensive experience in foreign affairs and excellent management capabilities, Mr. Duy is regarded as a young, dynamic, and strategic leader, actively contributing to the city's technological development and innovation.
