Biography
Mr. Pham Phu Truong, born in 1975 and a native of Thua Thien Hue Province, serves as the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Members’ Council at Global Integration Business Consultants Co., Ltd. He is a distinguished entrepreneur and executive recognized for his significant contributions to the fields of business and strategic management. He holds a Master's degree in International Business Administration from the Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM) in France.
Pursuant to Decision No. 93/QD-UBND-TC, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee on December 22, 2024, Mr. Pham Phu Truong was appointed to serve as the concurrent Deputy Director of the HCMC C4IR for a five-year term. Regarded as a strategic leader, Mr. Truong not only contributes to shaping the strategic direction for businesses but also vigorously promotes innovation in the Industry 4.0 era.
